What services do you propose for our project in each of the phases?

Will you or your employees provide these services?

How many personnel does your firm employ?

What is your fee schedule?

How will your fees be determined and what do they cover?

Can you project probable construction cost estimates?

If consultants (civil, geotechnical, testing, inspection, etc.) are
necessary, are their fees included in your basic fee?

What additional costs or services do you anticipate for my project?

What fees will be charged for additional services and expenses?

Will there be a charge for redesign of the project if the project is
over the initial project budget?

How are additional charges computed for design changes requested by
us?
