quickly obsolete, steps should be taken to evaluate what you will need.

ESTABLISH
A VISION FOR YOUR CHURCH
Define your ministry
goals in terms of size and types of ministries to be accommodated for
short and long-range goals.
- Pray. The
vision of the church should be God’s vision, so pray for His
guidance to lead the church during this important decision making
process.
- Decide where
the church ministry will be going in terms of the services that
will be provided for your congregation and your community.
- Decide on what
types of services you want your church to provide.
- Plan for future
growth of the church, especially if you add ministries. Take into
account the current size of the church as well.
- Break the goals
down into short-term and long-term. Some may be too big to achieve
right now. Plan to do them in small steps or phases.
